This is an internal software application used by Steve's Lock, Safe & Alarm ("Steve's Lock," "we," "us") staff to process completed work orders. It is not a public product and is not available for use by anyone outside Steve's Lock.
Customer name, service address, and phone number (from Jobber and QuickBooks Online); handwritten work order details including line items, totals, tax, and payment method; photos of paper work orders.
To automatically create matching QuickBooks Online Sales Receipts for completed jobs and to keep a photographic archive of our paper records.
QuickBooks Online (Intuit), a private Steve's Lock Google Drive, and our own private servers. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. It is only shared with the service providers that power this tool on our behalf (Intuit/QuickBooks Online, Google, Jobber) — never with any other third party.
For as long as needed for our bookkeeping and business recordkeeping.
